From staging acrobatic aquatic choreography for Paris’s Crescend’O to designing acrobatic movement for The Millennium Dome Show in London, Gauthier’s visionary direction has shaped global entertainment. His extensive portfolio includes nearly two decades as an Artistic Director and Acrobatics/Dance Choreographer for the international touring sensations Cavalia and Odysseo, as well as serving as Designer and Artistic Director for the massive multi-city light spectaculars, Illumi and Festilumi (Quebec/Hong Kong). Seamlessly blending aerial rigging design, character research, and high-concept staging as seen in such ground breaking theatrical productions as Robert Lepage’s ExMachina, Gauthier continues to push the boundaries of what is possible in live, immersive entertainment.
